Prof. Mohita Junnarkar is Professor and Vice Dean (Research) at the Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences, O. P. Jindal Global University. She completed her PhD in Psychology at IIT Bombay in 2013, followed by a post-doctoral fellowship in positive psychology at IIT Delhi, focusing on the assessment and validation of psychological scales.
She has about nine years of research and seven years of teaching experience. Her publications include peer-reviewed papers on the psychometric validation of positive psychology constructs, book chapters, and co-authored books with publishers including Springer and Bloomsbury, among them Measures of Positive Psychology (2016).
