Dr. Shalini Duggal has completed her PhD in Psychology from IIT Delhi and prior to that studied at Delhi University. She has worked extensively in the corporate sector across sectors such as IT, Education, Insurance and Consulting. The broad areas that she has worked in include HR Advisory, Educational Assessment and Learning & Development. Her areas of interest include Positive Psychology and Psychometrics.
