Dr. Shilpa Bandyopadhyay is an Assistant Professor and Associate Dean (Capacity Building and Outreach) at the Jindal Institute of Behavioural Sciences, O. P. Jindal Global University, Sonipat. She holds a PhD in Psychology from IIT Delhi, where her doctoral research examined experiences of ageing, well-being, and how older adults are represented on social media in India.
She has designed Management Development Programmes for organisations including the Border Security Force, the Central Tibetan Administration, Common Services Centres, and educators from the Government of Bhutan.
