Your rights

• CorrectCorrect, complete or update your data.
• DeleteAsk us to erase your data, and withdraw your consent at any time.
• NominateName someone to act for you if you die or cannot act yourself.
• ComplainRaise a grievance; we answer within 90 days.
• EscalateIf you are not satisfied, complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Make a request or complaint

We reply to complaints within 90 days and to other requests within 30 days, usually much sooner. You get a reference number by email.
